The Dassault Falcon 7X is a three-engine long-range jet with a 5,950 nm range, up to 14 seats and the first digital fly-by-wire controls certified on a business jet. In our June 2026 snapshot three of four aircraft showed a price, from $16,750,000 for a 2008 airframe to $39,900,000 for a 2022 one, and the type fits owners in Singapore, Hong Kong and Jakarta who want Europe within one or two legs.
Certified in April 2007, the 7X later became the base for the stretched Falcon 8X, and nearly two decades of deliveries give a wide pre-owned spread, from early EASy cockpits to EASy II upgrades and fresh refurbishments.

Falcon 7X range: Asian routes that work
We plan with 5,950 nm and measure each route as a still-air great-circle leg, which leaves the winter jet stream out of the sum.
- Hong Kong to London (Farnborough), 5,220 nm: the textbook 7X sector, with roughly 700 nm of paper margin.
- Shanghai to Paris (Le Bourget), 5,010 nm: an even larger cushion.
- Tokyo (Haneda) to Los Angeles (Van Nuys), 4,750 nm: usually easier than it looks, because eastbound Pacific crossings ride tailwinds.
- Singapore to Zurich, 5,560 nm: roughly 93% of the figure, so winds, payload and reserves decide on the day.
- Singapore to Farnborough, 5,890 nm: just 60 nm under the figure. We plan it with one stop in Dubai or Doha and treat a nonstop as a light-load summer possibility only.
Inside Asia, range is never what limits a 7X. Singapore to Tokyo, Jakarta to Seoul and Mumbai to Shanghai all sit under half its range.
Falcon 7X price in the June 2026 listings
We logged four 7X aircraft in June 2026, and three published an asking price:
- 2022, 1,082 hours, Florida: $39,900,000, with EASy II and EU OPS 1 public transport approval.
- 2012, 5,000 hours, Singapore: $20,800,000, engines and airframe on programmes.
- 2008, 6,893 hours, France: $16,750,000, one owner since new and a fresh 2C inspection.
The fourth, a 2015 aircraft in the United Kingdom with 4,081 hours, ESP Gold engines and 2023 paint, carried no public figure. Cabins in the group seat 12 or 14.
The gap of more than $23 million is not only age: hours, programme cover on three engines, the last heavy inspection and the avionics load all move the number. We recheck each tail before you rely on these one-month asks.
7X vs 8X and the EASy generations
Every 7X flies on three Pratt & Whitney Canada PW307A engines, Dassault's digital flight control system and the Honeywell-based EASy cockpit.
Early aircraft were delivered with the first EASy standard. Many have since moved to EASy II, which brings synthetic vision and better datalink and approach capability; the 2022 aircraft in our data lists EASy II. When two 7Xs of similar age are far apart in price, the avionics load is often the reason.
The Falcon 8X grew out of the 7X with a longer cabin, more range and PW307D engines. If Singapore to London without a stop is non-negotiable, that is Dassault's answer. If most flying stays in Asia with a few long trips a year, a 7X plus a planned fuel stop is usually the better use of capital. Our ultra-long-range guide compares both with Gulfstream and Bombardier rivals.
Pre-owned Falcon 7X checklist
- All three PW307As on programme. Confirm Pratt & Whitney Canada ESP enrolment, plan level and transfer terms. One June aircraft is on ESP Gold, another has engines and airframe on programmes.
- Airframe cover. Is Dassault FalconCare or a similar plan in force, and what does it exclude?
- Calendar inspection position. One listing reports a fresh 2C. Know when the next major calendar inspection falls, because on a trijet this size it means extended downtime.
- EASy software and mandates. EASy II load, FANS 1/A+ with CPDLC for oceanic Asia, ADS-B Out, and Link 2000+ if Europe is on the schedule.
- Connectivity. Ka-band or Starlink installed or planned; older satcom feels slow on an overnight sector.
- Commercial history. Two June aircraft cite EU OPS 1 compliance, one of them for public transport. Charter use is fine if cycles and cabin wear match the logbooks.
- Humidity. For a Singapore, Jakarta or Manila base, run a corrosion check on the lower fuselage and wheel wells and secure hangar space before delivery.
- Records. Complete logs since new and a clean damage history protect resale more than any interior upgrade.
Falcon 7X for sale in Asia: basing and registration
In June 2026 one of the four aircraft was already based in Singapore, which removes a ferry flight and lets a local buyer see it before committing. Our Singapore page shows what else is on the ground there. The rest would need delivery from the US or Europe, normally planned with one stop.
The register follows the ownership structure. A Singapore-based owner can keep the jet on 9V-, and Hong Kong owners use B-K or B-L marks. Many privately flown 7Xs in the region sit on Isle of Man M- or San Marino T7-. Who operates the aircraft, where it lives and whether it will ever carry paying passengers decide the choice. GST and import treatment differ by country, so we bring your tax adviser in before the letter of intent.

Can a Falcon 7X fly Singapore to London nonstop?
Only on paper. The great-circle distance to Farnborough is 5,890 nm against a 5,950 nm range figure, which leaves almost nothing for winds or a full cabin. We plan it with one fuel stop in the Gulf. The realistic 7X nonstop to London starts from Hong Kong, 5,220 nm away.
How many seats does a Falcon 7X have?
Our data gives up to 14, and the June 2026 aircraft were fitted for 12 or 14. A 12-seat cabin usually gives up two seats for a better sleeping zone, which matters on Hong Kong to Europe flights.
Why pick a three-engine 7X over a twin for Asia?
Some owners value a third engine on long overwater legs such as Hong Kong to Anchorage, and Dassault designed the 7X for low approach speeds. The cost is three engines to maintain and enrol on ESP, which we weigh against your yearly hours.
