Age explains most of the spread. The two cheapest types, the Falcon 2000 and the original Sovereign, left production years ago, while the dearest listings are recent builds with young engines.

Range from Asian hubs: which legs each type flies

Great-circle distance against published range:

• Singapore to Tokyo, 2,860 nm: workable for the Challenger 350 (3,200 nm) with a modest margin and easy for the types above it. The Falcon 2000 and Sovereign (3,000 nm) are within 5%, so winds and payload decide.
• Hong Kong to Dubai, 3,200 nm: equal to the Challenger 350's figure, so plan a stop. The G280 and the 4,000 nm types manage it, and the Longitude (3,500 nm) depends on the day's winds.
• Singapore to Sydney, 3,400 nm: the Praetor 600, Challenger 605 and 650 and Legacy 650 carry margin; the G280 and Longitude are close enough that headwinds matter.
• Mumbai to London, 3,910 nm: at the limit of every type here. The Challenger 650 and Praetor 600 are the likeliest to make it, and a westbound winter leg may still need a stop.

Challenger, Praetor, G280 or Longitude

For most Asian buyers the shortlist narrows to four recent types. The Challenger 350 and G280 are the established pair, the Praetor 600 offers the longest range of the four at 4,018 nm, and the Longitude is the youngest in the listings. The older Challenger 605 and 650 and the Legacy 650 give larger cabins and more seats (10, 10 and 13 in our data) at lower asks, with higher fuel burn to match.
