How much does a pre-owned private jet cost in Asia?

In 2026, light jets such as a Citation CJ3 or Phenom 300 trade between USD 3 and 9 million, super-midsize aircraft like the Challenger 350 between USD 12 and 20 million, and large-cabin jets from USD 20 million up to USD 60 million for a late Global 7500 or G650ER. Do I pay import duty in Singapore, Hong Kong or Dubai?

Singapore and Hong Kong charge no import duty on aircraft; the UAE offers duty-free structures through its free zones. What does a pre-purchase inspection cover?

Airframe and engine records, corrosion and structural checks, avionics, interior condition and a test flight, performed by an independent MRO over 3–10 days. It is the step that decides the final price and the one we never skip.

How long does a purchase take?

From letter of intent to delivery, six to twelve weeks is typical: two weeks for records and inspection, two to four for escrow and registration, and the rest for import paperwork and the delivery flight.
