Private Jet for Sale in Singapore
Southeast Asia’s business-aviation gateway at Seletar (XSP) and Changi (SIN). Two of the 133 aircraft in our June 2026 snapshot were already based in Singapore, a 2005 Gulfstream G450 and a 2012 Falcon 7X, and the rest can be delivered to Seletar. For a private jet for sale in Singapore we run the shortlist, the 9V- registration with CAAS, the GST position and the pre-purchase inspection, then hand over at Seletar or Changi.
9V- registration with CAAS
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) keeps the 9V- register. A 9V- jet tells insurers, lenders and later buyers that it has lived under a well-regarded regulator, and it suits an aircraft that is genuinely based here. Owners who fly mostly outside Singapore often keep an offshore mark instead, such as the Cayman Islands (VP-C) or the Isle of Man (M-), and have the aircraft managed from Seletar. Our registration guide sets the flags side by side.
Seletar or Changi
Seletar (XSP) is the city's business aviation airport: a 1,836 m runway, a passenger terminal opened in 2018, and the FBOs and maintenance shops of Seletar Aerospace Park, including Gulfstream-authorised work at Jet Aviation. It has a night curfew and long-stay parking is tight. Changi (SIN) takes the largest aircraft and out-of-hours movements, but every flight needs a slot, and private passengers clear through the CIP terminal beside Terminal 2.
GST and financing a jet in Singapore
Singapore's GST rate has been 9% since 1 January 2024. The supply of a qualifying aircraft, one used or intended to be used wholly for international travel, can be zero-rated, but Singapore Customs lists private aircraft among imports that attract GST unless a relief applies. The use profile therefore decides the bill, and we have a tax adviser confirm it before the jet arrives. Lenders here prefer a register with a strong mortgage regime; see our financing guide.
Missions from Seletar and where the jets come from
A light jet covers Jakarta (490 nm), Bangkok (780 nm) and Bali (900 nm). Seoul (2,510 nm) and Tokyo (2,860 nm) call for a super midsize, Dubai (3,160 nm) for a large-cabin jet, and London (5,890 nm) for an ultra long range type. Two aircraft in the June 2026 snapshot were already here; almost everything else would fly in from North America or Europe, as our guide to delivery flights describes.

WhatsApp the Asia desk directlyBuying a private jet in Singapore: FAQ
Can I buy a private jet in Singapore?
Yes. Private Jets Asia lists 133 pre-owned private jets and turboprops available for delivery and import to Singapore, Singapore. We handle the acquisition, from sourcing and inspection to registration and import, for buyers based in Singapore.
What taxes apply when importing a jet to Singapore?
No import GST on aircraft used in international transport; Singapore-registered (9V-) aircraft enjoy a respected flag and a deep MRO base at Seletar Aerospace Park.
Which airport handles private jets in Singapore?
Southeast Asia’s business-aviation gateway at Seletar (XSP) and Changi (SIN).
Is Seletar Airport open at night for private jets?
No. Seletar has a night curfew with exceptions for medical and emergency flights, so late arrivals and early departures use Changi, subject to a slot. We plan delivery flights and first trips around that window.
Which jets for sale were based in Singapore in June 2026?
Two: a 2005 Gulfstream G450 with 3,048 hours on Rolls-Royce CorporateCare, asking $8,500,000, and a 2012 Dassault Falcon 7X with about 5,000 hours at $20,800,000. Both could be inspected locally, which saves a trip to the US or Europe.
What does a jet need to fly Singapore to Sydney?
About 3,400 nm of still-air range plus reserves. Jets rated near 4,000 nm, such as the Praetor 600 or Challenger 650, have margin; a G280 or Citation Longitude may need a stop in Darwin against headwinds or with every seat full.
