The Gulfstream G650ER is the 7,500 nm extended-range version of Gulfstream's G650, and none of the three examples in our June 2026 snapshot shows a public asking price: each seller quotes privately. Asian buyers are mostly family offices and corporate owners in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai who want London in one leg.
The three aircraft date from 2018 to 2024, carry between 701 and 2,316 hours and all sit in the United States. Our desk finds the right tail, checks the records, books an independent pre-purchase inspection, then runs escrow closing, the ferry east and registration support.

G650ER range from Asian hubs
Our data sheet gives 7,500 nm of range, up to 18 seats, a 516 kt cruise and 1.96 m of cabin height. Distances below are still-air great-circle; routing, winds, payload and reserves all eat into the margin, so anything above about 90% of range is a planning question, not a promise.
- Hong Kong to London (Farnborough), 5,220 nm. Roughly 70% of range, so a full cabin fits in almost any season.
- Singapore to London, 5,890 nm. About 79%, leaving room for weather detours.
- Shanghai to New York (Teterboro), 6,400 nm. Around 85%, workable with sensible loads.
- Hong Kong to New York, 6,990 nm. Inside 10% of range. Winds and payload decide the day, and the westbound return against winter headwinds may need a fuel stop.
- Singapore to San Francisco, 7,330 nm. At 98% of range this only works light and with a helpful wind. We would plan a stop and treat nonstop as a bonus.
G650ER for sale: price signals in the June 2026 listings
Not one of the three G650ERs in the snapshot disclosed an asking price ('Contact for quote' twice, 'Call for price' once); sellers share figures on request. What each aircraft offers:
- 2024, 701 hours, Portland (PDX). One corporate owner from new, an 18-seat layout and new-aircraft warranty running to January 2029.
- 2019, 792 hours, United States. Very low time for its age, Ka-band internet, engines fully enrolled on programmes, 16 seats.
- 2018, 2,316 hours, United States. Rolls-Royce CorporateCare Enhanced, a Block 3 upgrade with options, forward galley plus crew rest, a fresh 96-month inspection and 16 seats.
On this type the number moves with delivery year, remaining factory warranty, engine programme status, where the aircraft sits in its inspection calendar, cabin plan and connectivity. A higher-hour jet that has just absorbed a big inspection can compare well with a younger one about to face it. Our G650 price guide walks through that valuation logic. Since the data is from June, we reconfirm each tail with its seller before a spec sheet reaches you.
G650 versus G650ER, and the jets either side
The ER is not a separate airframe. It shares the G650's fuselage, Rolls-Royce BR725 engines, PlaneView II flight deck and digital fly-by-wire controls. What changes is additional fuel in the wing and higher operating weights, which lift range from 7,000 nm to 7,500 nm. The final G650-family airframe left the Savannah line in 2025 and the G800 is now the factory successor, so the pre-owned market is the only way into a G650ER.
One step down, the G550 offers the earlier PlaneView cockpit, a narrower cabin and 6,750 nm at a far lower acquisition cost. Alongside, the Global 7500 is the aircraft most Asian buyers cross-shop when a fourth living area is on the wish list.
Pre-owned G650ER checklist
We would work through these points before any deposit goes into escrow:
- Engine cover. Confirm both BR725s are on Rolls-Royce CorporateCare or CorporateCare Enhanced, at which tier, and whether enrolment transfers without a buy-in.
- Warranty. On late-build aircraft, read what the factory warranty still covers and how it passes to a new owner.
- Inspection calendar. Get the date and scope of the last large calendar event and what falls due next.
- Avionics. Record the PlaneView II software block, ADS-B Out status and the FANS 1/A+ data link with CPDLC for oceanic tracks and European airspace.
- Connectivity. Ask whether the Ka-band or other system is approved for your target register and whether the airtime contract transfers.
- Cabin plan. A crew rest area matters on 12-hour-plus sectors, where an augmented crew needs somewhere to sleep.
- Records and damage. Complete logbooks from delivery, any repair backed by approved data, and a traceable ownership chain.
- Humidity. For a tropical base, open up wheel wells, lower fuselage panels and wet-area floors for corrosion.
Registering and basing a G650ER in Asia
A national register such as Singapore (9V-), Hong Kong (B-H, B-K or B-L), mainland China (B-) or Japan (JA) ties the aircraft to that country's operating rules and tax system. An offshore register such as Cayman (VP-C), Bermuda (VP-B) or the Isle of Man (M-) is common when the jet flies internationally and the owning company sits outside the home market. The right answer depends on who operates the aircraft, where it spends its nights and how the purchase is financed.
Hangar space for a wide-cabin jet can be hard to find at the busiest Asian airports, so we raise basing with the operator early. Our Hong Kong market page covers local points, and we coordinate the delivery flight and paperwork for whichever register you pick.

Can a G650ER fly Singapore to New York nonstop?
No. Singapore to Teterboro is 8,270 nm great-circle, well past the 7,500 nm published range. A single stop in Tokyo splits it into legs of 2,860 nm and 5,860 nm, both comfortable for the type.
How many passengers does a G650ER carry?
Our data sheet gives up to 18 seats. In the June 2026 snapshot the 2024 aircraft is set up for 18 and the 2018 and 2019 aircraft for 16. On overnight sectors fewer people can sleep flat than can sit, so we look at the berthing plan, not just the seat count.
Can a standard G650 be converted to a G650ER?
Gulfstream offered the ER change as a retrofit, so some aircraft marketed as ERs left the factory as standard G650s. We check the modification records, the revised flight manual and the weight paperwork before valuing a converted aircraft as an ER.
