The Cessna Citation Longitude is Textron Aviation's super-midsize flagship: two Honeywell HTF7700L engines, a Garmin G5000 cockpit, a flat-floor cabin 1.83 m tall, up to 10 seats and a published 3,500 nm range. Our June 2026 snapshot held two, one asking $25,495,000 and one at price on request, and in Asia it draws Singapore, Hong Kong and Indian owners who fly to North Asia or the Gulf often but do not need a large-cabin jet.
FAA certification came in September 2019, so every Longitude is young and the used pool is small. That shapes the purchase: fewer tails to compare, and more weight on warranty dates, engine programme enrolment and the exact cabin layout.

Citation Longitude range on Asian routes
These are still-air great-circle distances against the 3,500 nm book figure. Real flight plans add winds, passenger load and reserves.
- Singapore to Tokyo Haneda, 2,860 nm: roughly four-fifths of the range, a comfortable nonstop with a normal load.
- Mumbai to Singapore, 2,120 nm, and New Delhi to Shanghai, 2,320 nm: well inside the envelope.
- Dubai from Hong Kong (3,200 nm) or from Singapore (3,160 nm): about 90% of the figure. Here the forecast, the load and the reserve policy settle it, and a westbound winter leg into jet-stream headwinds can need a fuel stop.
- Singapore to Sydney, 3,400 nm: within 3% of the range. We would plan it as a one-stop trip unless the cabin is light and the winds are kind.
- Mumbai to London Farnborough, 3,910 nm: beyond the aircraft. Fly it as Mumbai to Dubai (1,040 nm), then Dubai to Farnborough (2,980 nm).
Citation Longitude for sale: price and June 2026 listings
Both Longitudes in the June 2026 snapshot were based in the United States.
- 2022, 460 hours, asking $25,495,000: eight seats in dual double-club layout, stone flooring, two 22-inch monitors, Snow White paint, engines on Power Advantage+.
- 2024, 164 hours, price on request: custom 10-seat executive cabin including a mid-cabin berth, G5000 avionics and Black Pearl paint. No engine programme is listed; on an airframe this new that may reflect factory cover, which we would confirm in writing.
One disclosed ask is not a market range, so we do not publish one. The factors that move a Longitude's number are clear enough: delivery year and remaining warranty, hours and cycles, hourly cover on engines and APU, eight or ten seats and whether there is a berth, connectivity, and paint and interior condition. We re-check that a tail is still offered and send its current specification before any offer is drafted.
Longitude vs Latitude and Challenger 350
The Longitude uses the same cabin cross-section as the Citation Latitude, stretched to take up to 10 seats. The split is about mission: the Latitude's 2,700 nm serves Southeast Asia and Singapore to India or China, while the Longitude's extra 800 nm opens Singapore to Tokyo and brings Hong Kong to the Gulf within reach on many days. The Latitude flies on Pratt & Whitney Canada PW306D1 engines rather than Honeywell.
The Challenger 350 is the natural rival. Our data gives it 3,200 nm against the Longitude's 3,500 nm, it runs Honeywell HTF7000-family engines too, and its much larger fleet means more pre-owned choice. Pilot preference between the Garmin G5000 and the Challenger's Collins Pro Line 21 Advanced can tip the decision.
Pre-purchase checklist for a used Longitude
- Engines and APU: confirm the HTF7700L cover, whether Honeywell MSP or a Textron plan like the Power Advantage+ on the 2022 aircraft, and that it is paid up and transferable.
- Warranty: get the remaining Textron airframe, engine and avionics warranty dates and the transfer procedure in writing.
- Inspections: establish how close the next major calendar inspection is, and agree whether the seller performs it or discounts for it.
- Avionics: FANS 1/A+ with CPDLC for oceanic or European trips, Link 2000+ for Europe, and ADS-B Out, which regional airspace expects.
- Connectivity: ask what is fitted and what coverage it gives over the South China Sea and Bay of Bengal. A US air-to-ground unit will not serve an Asian base; price a Ka-band or Starlink fit.
- Records: complete logbooks since delivery and a signed damage history.
- Humidity: set a hangar plan from day one for a Singapore, Jakarta or Manila base, and include corrosion points in the pre-purchase inspection.
Registering and basing a Longitude in Asia
With both June aircraft in the US, a Longitude bound for Asia needs a delivery flight and a register change. Singapore owners use 9V-, Hong Kong owners B-H, B-K or B-L, and Indian owners VT-, where import attracts IGST; your adviser should confirm the current rate. Owners flying across several countries often pick the Isle of Man (M-), Bermuda (VP-B) or Cayman (VP-C) registers; our registration guide compares them.
Our desk sources the aircraft, reviews records, arranges an independent inspection, closes through escrow and supports the ferry and registration.

Can a Citation Longitude fly Singapore to Tokyo nonstop?
Yes, on most days. The Singapore-Haneda sector measures 2,860 nm great-circle, against 3,500 nm published, leaving a working margin. A full cabin and strong headwinds eat into it, so the crew still plans each leg on the day.
How many passengers does the Citation Longitude seat?
Our data lists up to 10. Of the two June 2026 aircraft, one had 10 seats with a mid-cabin berth and the other eight in a double-club layout. Fewer seats usually buys more legroom on long sectors.
Can a Longitude fly Hong Kong to Dubai without stopping?
Sometimes. The sector is 3,200 nm, about 91% of the published range, so westbound winter winds or a heavy load can force a stop. For a route you fly often, keep a fallback such as Mumbai (2,310 nm from Hong Kong, then 1,040 nm to Dubai).
Why are so few used Longitudes on the market?
Deliveries only began in late 2019, so the pre-owned pool is still small and young. We watch for new listings and can flag a tail that matches your brief.
